Derby City Men Who Cook is
Pi Lambda Omega Chapter's primary annual fundraiser. This event presents men from the local area exhibiting their culinary
talents and abilities as they prepare their favorite dishes and display
them with their own unique designs and creativity. The event
features delectable dishes from the following categories:
appetizers, vegetables, salads, entrees and deserts. Guests are
allowed to sample food from all cooks and vote on their favorite dishes
per category. The dishes are also judged by a group of judges with
experience in the culinary arts field. The proceeds from this
annual event are used towards scholarships for area high school seniors
and to support our various community service projects and events.
Our 23rd
annual Derby City Men Who Cook Extravaganza will be held on Saturday, June
19, 2010 at the Inn Place (formally the Clarion Hotel). In preparation for the
event, we
are currently
accepting sponsorships and cooks for 2010

Rose Foundation, which is
a 501C3, tax exempt organization formed to provide scholarships and
community service throughout Metro Louisville. Pi Lambda
